Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Stir in rice, barbecue sauce and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in beans and 1 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of the cheese; cover. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Fill soft tortillas with rice mixture, if desired.
