Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the margarine in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet, water and remaining 2 Tbsp. margarine to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in Stuffing Crumbs just to moisten. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
