You know they call it ambrosia because it's an incredibly scrumptious dessert. But this pudding also happens to be incredibly easy to make!

1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
2 cups cold fat-free milk
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.

Stir in oranges and coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh orange sections, drained, for the mandarin oranges.
