Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 pitted black olives, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 pita bread s, cut in half
8 lettuce leaves
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Chopped Ham
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Cotto Salami

Combine first 4 ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Fill pita halves with lettuce, ham, salami and vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle with ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese just before serving.
Variation - Zorba's Greek Salad
Omit lettuce leaves and pita breads. Cut salami and ham into 1-inch strips. Toss with marinated vegetable mixture. Serve over torn mixed salad greens.
