Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to boil; reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta. Cover; cook 15 minutes.
Stir in ricotta cheese. Cover; cook 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
