Mix cheese and onions. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold over.
Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add 1 or 2 tortillas; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Cut each tortilla into thirds. Serve immediately with salsa.
