1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic or Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
1/2 cup oil

Pour vinegar and juice into cruet or medium bowl. Add dressing mix and oil. Shake vigorously or mix until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing; refrigerate.

Pour remaining dressing over vegetables; cover. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Grill vegetables over medium-hot coals 10 minutes or until tender, basting with reserved 1/4 cup dressing.
