What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 each green and red pepper, quartered
1/2 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Classic Sweet & Thick
8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Grill steak 1 min. Add vegetables to grill; cook 8 to 10 min. or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
Cut steak and vegetables into thin strips.
Spoon meat and vegetables onto tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up.
Prepare using KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce.
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the steak.
