Mix honey, juice, soy sauce and salad dressing mix in large bowl until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade; refrigerate. Add chicken to bowl; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Thread a skewer through each chicken strip.
Broil 4 inches from heat or grill over medium coal 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with reserved 1/4 cup marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with prepared Peanut sauce, if desired.
