1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed*
2 cups sugar, divided
5 egg s
1 tsp. vanilla

Place milk and cream cheese in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.

Add 1 cup of the sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 9-inch mold caramelized with 1 cup sugar. Cover with foil.

Bake in bain-marie (water bath) at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Refrigerate overnight before unmolding.

Guava Cream Cheese Flan: Prepare as directed, adding 1/2 cup guava paste, cut into pieces, or 1/2 cup guava shells in heavy syrup.

Coconut Cream Cheese Flan: Omit vanilla. Add 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut or 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1 tablespoon rum.

Lime Cream Cheese Flan: Add 1 whole lime peel to syrup while boiling; remove before sugar caramelizes. Omit vanilla. Add 1 teaspoon grated lime peel.
