1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 5 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes and water. Bring to boil.

Add rice and hot sauce; stir. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed; stir.
