1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar (12 oz.) pepperoncini peppers, drained, stemmed, seeded and chopped
1 medium plum tomato, chopped
