Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced yellow squash
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
Add broth, vegetables and black pepper; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir in cheese.
