1/4 cup orange juice or apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak, chicken or pork loin, cut into strips
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2-1/2 cups hot cooked MINUTE Brown Rice

Mix juice, soy sauce, oil and salad dressing mix in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope.

Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook meat in 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
