Mix juice, soy sauce, oil and salad dressing mix in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope.
Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook meat in 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
