2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 leek, cut into 1-inch strips
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed*
3 Tbsp. dry white wine (Kosher for Passover)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Brush fish with oil.

Place fish on greased grill over hot coals.

Grill, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
