Place each cake slice on dessert plate; top with about 1/3 cup of the pie filling and 2 Tbsp. of the whipped topping mixture just before serving. Store leftover whipped topping mixture in refrigerator.
How to Thaw COOL WHIP
Place unopened 8-oz. tub of whipped topping in the refrigerator for 4 hours to thaw. Do not thaw in the microwave.
Whipped topping mixture can be made ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
