Original recipe yields 16 servings
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch square pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours.

PHILADELPHIA 3-Step Cheesecake
Omit graham crumbs and butter. Prepare batter as directed; pour into 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.). Bake and cool as directed.
