ADD broth, water and broccoli; stir. Heat to a boil.
STIR in rice and VELVEETA. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through. Gently stir until VELVEETA is melted.
Variation:15 Minute Mexican Cheesy Chicken & Rice: Substitute 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa for the chicken broth and frozen corn for the broccoli flowerets. Increase water to 1 cup. Garnish with green onion slices, if desired.
