Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens or 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Toss chicken, greens, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup dressing before serving; toss lightly. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and fresh ground pepper. Try serving with soft bread sticks and garlic butter.

Tip! Make it Easy: Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) LOUIS RICH Chicken Breast Strips for chicken. Reduce dressing to 1/2 cup. Omit cooking chicken. Toss chicken with remaining ingredients.
