If you've got leftover ground beef and pasta on hand, here's a quick and easy, cheesy (and noodle-y) casserole you can add to your menu rotation.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet; drain.
Drain spaghetti; return to saucepan. Add meat, 1-1/2 cups pasta sauce, VELVEETA and garlic powder; mix lightly. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or heated through. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, heat remaining pasta sauce.
Serve sauce spooned over spaghetti.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. each chopped fresh basil and chopped tomatoes just before serving.
