1 cup matzo meal
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands. Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover. Cook 30 minutes or until done. Drain. To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.

Note: Prepare matzo balls as directed. Cover and freeze in plastic food storage bags for up to 3 weeks.
