We used sugar free, fat free instant pudding to make these Healthy Living yogurt shakes rich, creamy and delicious!

3 cups cold fat-free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1 medium banana, cut into chunks

Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend on high speed 1 min. or until smooth.

Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir just before serving. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
