3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce
1 cup frozen peas
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Prepare pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until pink. Remove shrimp to large serving bowl.

Add sauce and peas to same skillet. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Toss sauce mixture with shrimp and pasta until evenly coated. Season with pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
