Prepare cornbread with corn muffin mix, adding the milk and 1 egg as directed on package. Bake as directed; cool.
Melt butter in medium skillet. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring frequently, until tender. Place in large bowl.
Beat remaining 3 eggs in medium bowl. Add broth, salt and pepper. Add to celery mixture; mix well.
Crumble cornbread. Add to celery mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into greased 11x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
