2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) chicken or beef broth
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
1 pkg. (15 oz.) fresh or frozen spinach, thawed
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional

Cook garlic in margarine or butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
