These Corn Tortilla Roll-Ups are a Southwestern take on corn dogs, made with corn tortillas, salsa and refried beans.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Refried Beans
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
10 corn tortilla s (6 inch)
10 KRAFT Singles, cut in half, divided
1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Wieners
1 jar (8 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Sauce
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 green onion s, sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 4 ingredients; spread onto tortillas. Top each with 1 Singles half and wiener; roll up.
Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch pan; cover.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Spoon taco sauce over tortillas; top with remaining Singles halves. Cover. Bake 5 min. or until Singles begin to melt. Top with sour cream and onions.
Serve with fresh fruit and a side mixed green salad.
