Meanwhile, cook and stir onion and green pepper in hot oil in large skillet about 2 minutes or until tender but not browned. Move onion and green pepper to side of skillet. Add chops; brown on both sides on medium heat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
Place rice on serving platter. Spoon chops, vegetables and sauce over rice.
