1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Crushed buttery crackers
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Boil broccoli unti tender, drain. Melt VELVEETA and add soup, milk and a small amount of crushed crackers. Add your broccoli and mix well. Pour all together into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan (or pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray) and spread crushed crackers evenly over the top. Pour melted butter sparingly over the crackers. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
