Roll each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 12-inch square; cut into 4 (6-inch) squares. Whisk egg white and water until blended; brush onto edges of squares. Top with chicken. Bring corners of each pastry square together over chicken; press together to seal. Place, seam-sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with remaining egg.
Bake 30 min. or until pastry is lightly browned and chicken is done (165°F).
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill for the dill weed.
