What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 mini whole wheat pita bread s
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 450°F.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Place pita breads on baking sheet; top with cheese mixture and basil.
Bake 10 to 14 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve with fresh fruit and a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Top pizzas evenly with 2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables, such as 1 cup red pepper strips, 3/4 cup sliced zucchini and 1/4 cup chopped onion; or 1 cup broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced plum tomatoes and 1/2 cup yellow pepper strips; or 1 cup sauteed sliced fennel and 1 cup sliced plum tomatoes.
