1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup diced red or green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
3/4 cup margarine or butter
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. (12 oz.) fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional

Cook broccoli, zucchini, pepper, onion and basil in margarine or butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and mushrooms.

Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettuccine. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
