Mix lemon juice, oil, wine and salad dressing mix until well blended.
Reserve 1/4 cup dressing. Pour remaining dressing over fish in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with reserved dressing.
