1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT FREE Blue Cheese Dressing
Coarsely crushed lowfat tortilla chips (optional)

Heat barbecue sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until pink, stirring occasionally.

Toss greens, mushrooms and onion in large bowl. Add shrimp, cheese and dressing; toss lightly. Sprinkle with chips, if desired. Toss just before serving.
