Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Add VELVEETA; toss lightly. Toss crackers and melted butter. Place broccoli and VELVEETA in shallow buttered casserole dish. Spread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
