Original recipe yields 18 servings
3 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (8-serving size each) or 4 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold water
4 cups ice cubes
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and ice until ice is melted. Pour 5 cups gelatin into Millenium mold. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until set but not firm (sticks to finger when touched).

Briskly stir whipped topping into remaining gelatin in bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Carefully spoon over gelatin in mold.

Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
