Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine flour, sugars and baking powder. Whisk egg, orange juice and oil in large bowl until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in cranberries and nuts.

Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove bread from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
