Beat pudding, heavy cream and instant coffee granules in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in orange segments if desired.
Spoon mixture down center of each crepe; roll up. Arrange on individual serving plates lined with orange slices. Drizzle chocolate over crepes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
