Prepare pudding according to package directions using 2 cups milk. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Spread over crumb mixture in pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
To serve, scoop mixture into 8 (4-ounce) serving dishes. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
