Microwave syrup, peanut butter and sugar in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil.
Add cereal and popcorn. Stir to coat well. Press quickly into greased 8-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares. (Or cool slightly; wet hands with cold water and quickly shape into 2-inch balls.)
