Toss ham with cheese, dressing and onion.
Ham & Cheese Sandwich: Split 4 Kaiser rolls; fill with lettuce, ham salad and tomato slices.
Ham & Cheese Wrap: Spread 4 flour tortillas (10 inch) with ham salad and lettuce; roll up.
Brunch Muffin Cups: Unroll 1 can (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuits. Press each into bottom and up sides of lightly greased medium-size muffin pan. Fill with ham salad. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
Ham & Cheese Quesadillas: Spread 8 flour tortillas (7 inch) with ham salad; fold in half. Spread outside of tortillas with melted butter. Heat in skillet on medium heat 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Ham & Cheese Appetizers: Top tortilla chips or snack crackers with ham salad. Broil 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbly.
Warm Ham & Cheese Sandwiches: Fill halved crusty French bread or Kaiser rolls with ham salad; wrap in foil. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until warm.
Tips: You can use a food processor to chop ham. Recipe can be doubled.
