Blend pudding, sugar and 1/4 cup water in saucepan.
Stir in egg yolks, remaining water and cream cheese. Cook according to package directions (cream cheese will melt).
Pour into bowl. Cover pudding surface directly with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
Spoon over dessert shells and refrigerate until serving time.
Garnish with strawberry halves to serve.
