Prepare 1 packet cheesecake filling according to package directions using 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread mixture in plastic wrap-lined 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine contents of both crumb packets with sugar and margarine or butter. Press half the mixture evenly over cheesecake layer. Refrigerate 5 minutes.
Melt remaining chocolate chips in small saucepan, over low heat; set aside. Prepare remaining cheesecake filling according to package directions using remaining milk; blend in melted chocolate. Spread filling over crumb layer. Press remaining crumb m ixture over chocolate filling. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Invert onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Spread or pipe whipped cream over loaf. Cut into slices to serve.
