1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups cucumber
1/4 cup scallions
1 tsp. dill pickle
lemon zest

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice with wire wisk until smooth; refrigerate until mixture mounds.

Stir in cucumbers, green onions and dill; spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.

Unmold onto serving plate; garnish with lemon twist, dill and cucumbers.
