30 RITZ Crackers, coarsely broken
3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
6 cups torn romaine lettuce
6 cups torn Boston lettuce
2/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss crackers with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing; spread onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 min. or until golden brown. Cool.

Combine lettuces in large bowl. Add cheese and pepper; toss lightly. Drizzle with remaining dressing; toss to coat.

Top with crackers. Serve immediately.
