Cook broccoli and rice according to directions on each package. Drain broccoli. Cook onion and celery in butter. Stir in VELVEETA and mushroom soup. Mix all of the ingredients except almonds; place in 12x8-inch baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
