Place peppers in 12x8-inch or 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Set aside. Combine all of the remaining ingredients except for the VELVEETA in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 25 to 30 minutes on Medium-High or until meat is cooked through. Top with VELVEETA and continue cooking on Medium-High until VELVEETA is melted. About 6 servings.
