Line 8x4-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Place crackers, top sides down, on bottom and along sides of pan. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of the sprinkles between crackers on bottom of pan.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping, the marshmallows and chocolate chips; stir gently until well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared pan. Cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Invert loaf onto serving dish. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and remaining 1 Tbsp. sprinkles just before serving. Let stand 10 minutes to soften slightly before cutting into 10 slices to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
Prepare as directed, using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Instant Pudding.
