Place 20 cookies on bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Cut each of the remaining cookies crosswise into 6 strips; set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions for pie using yogurt and milk; beat in gelatin mixture. Pour mixture over cookies in pan. Arrange cookie strips on top of mixture to make c riss-cross lattice design.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
