Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 egg s, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and stir zucchini, onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes. Drain in colander; set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in vegetable mixture. Pour into greased 12x8-inch baking dish or 2-1/2-quart casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
