3/4 cup water
1/3 cup margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1-1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup almonds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter and sugar; press halfway up side of 1-quart clear souffle dish or bowl.

Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk in large bowl with electric mixer. Add thickened gelatin to prepared cheesecake; beat at high speed 2 minutes more.

Pour into prepared dish; refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with almonds, lemon slices and mint.
